Full-Service Design
Whole-home design from first walkthrough to install day — floor plans, elevations, finishes, furniture, lighting, art and accessories. I manage procurement, delivery, and the punch list.

The studio
Over my long career in interior design, on homes and on commercial spaces alike, I've learned that most rooms don't fail on taste — they fail on use. The sofa is beautiful and nobody sits on it. The dining room is perfect and everyone eats standing at the counter.
A room is finished when it works before anyone notices how it looks.
So I start with how you actually live. Where the mail lands. Which chair everyone fights over. Whether the kids do homework at the island or the table. Then we build the room around that, in materials that get better with wear — plaster, quartersawn oak, honed stone, unlacquered brass that's allowed to go dark at the handles.
You work with me directly — I'm the person at the walkthrough, the person on the phone with your contractor, and the person unwrapping lamps on install day.

Four ways to work together.
Most projects land in the first two. If you're not sure which one you need, the walkthrough will tell us both.
Renovation & Millwork
Kitchens, baths, and built-ins. Drawings your contractor can actually build from, a finish schedule that holds, and site visits through construction so decisions don't get made without you.
Drawings & site visits
Furnishing & Styling
For homes that don't need to be touched structurally. Furniture plan, upholstery, rugs, window treatments, lighting and the last ten percent — which is the part everyone skips.
8–16 weeks
Single-Room Refresh
One room, one plan, a fixed fee. You get a furniture layout, a shopping list with links, and a paint and material spec. You order and install it yourself.

Process
Five stages, in order.
Nothing gets ordered before the drawings are approved, and nothing gets installed before it's all on site. That's what keeps install day to a single day.
Walkthrough
Two hours in your house. We talk through how each room gets used and what's not working. You get a scope and a fee before anything else happens.
Concept & Materials
Floor plans and a physical material board — real samples you can hold, not a screenshot. We revise until it's right.
Drawings & Spec
Elevations, millwork details, lighting and finish schedules. Everything your contractor needs, priced and approved by you.
Procurement
I order, track, and receive everything to a warehouse. Damaged pieces get replaced before you ever see them.
Install
One day, one crew, beds made and lamps plugged in. You leave in the morning and come home to a finished house.
